Discovering Gods Kingdom

One night on my Sister's birthday, we did crafts and I didn't know what to do. So i picked up two of the crafts boards and I began painting some pictures that I didn't even know what they meant. I painted two of them, and after a few days God spoke to me about my crafts. The first painting was a head of a man, with a yellow line, and lots of different head of people. This is what I found out from God: the head of a man was me, the yellow line was my voice and the different heads was different people. God lead me to Canada for a reason: i was called to speak on behalf of many kids. Proverbs 31: 8-9: “Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy.” 


The other picture represent people some people welcomed me some didn't. That mean some hearts where open some where aren't.

Since I came here I spoke at the Calgary Science school, sharing stories about African Orphans and also encouraging the kids to get involved. The kids wrote letters and made bracelets for the African orphans, some kids even gave donations. I also spoke at the Westside Kings Church about what I am doing and one guy after wanted to meet with to hear more about what God is doing at Ten Thousand Homes.

One day I took a road trip for 8 hours to a town called Saskatoon to visit friends. At first I thought why would I travel so far just to visit two people. God spoked to me that it is all about the relationships. Part of my time is here to raise money but people blessed me before I even ask them, I have been blessed a lot in Saskatoon. I did ice skating that I had never done before.

Rich Hodge one day helped me to discover my mission statement: which is to encourage, connect and support. What God reveal to me was to see my mission statement being reality. At the Calgary Science School I was encouraging young kids, and my friends in Canada most of them they haven't seen each other for a long time, but since I came here they been connected again. One day I had a Lunch with Laura's friend and Laura haven't seen her friend since Junior high, but because I was here they met each other.

Since coming to Canada, I don't sleep. But I keep busy in the day. I have been tobogganing, gun shooting, pool partying, speaking in the church, doing ministry with naughty kids and making crafts and cookies. I have visited the bird sanctuary and seen deer. I have also eaten lots of chinese food and been the only African in China Town. All eyes on me. I had my first KFC chicken bowl. Different than the KFC in White River.
